You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at prembazaar11@gmail.com. After this window, orders are sent to our fulfilment centre and can no longer be changed. You may still initiate a return once the package arrives.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track from your account dashboard under Orders → Track Package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Yes — we ship to all states in India. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Please note that import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. To start a return, visit your order history and select "Return Item." We'll email you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. Bank processing times vary; allow up to 10 days for it to appear on your statement.

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at help@shopco.com with your order number and 2–3 photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, with no return required.

Most items are restocked within 4–8 weeks. Click "Notify Me" on the product page to get an email the moment your size or colour comes back. Seasonal and limited-edition drops typically don't restock, so grab them when they're live.

Our apparel runs true to size for most styles. A detailed size guide with measurements is available on every product page under the size selector. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Footwear fits US standard sizing.

We manufacture across Portugal, South Korea, and Vietnam, each chosen for their specific material expertise. Every factory is audited annually by a third party, and we publish our supplier list on our About page. We never use factories that can't meet our living wage and environmental standards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if you don't see it. Reset links expire after 30 minutes for security. If issues persist, contact support.

Enter your promo code in the "Coupon code" field on the order summary during checkout and click Apply. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with sale pricing or applied retroactively to placed orders.

Any PremBazaar product purchased directly from us qualifies. Mail the item back (we cover US shipping) and our repair team will fix broken zippers, stitching, buckles, and most structural issues at no charge. If a repair isn't possible, we'll recycle the product and offer you 30% off a replacement.

Most of our products are 100% vegan. A small number of styles use ethically-sourced wool or recycled down — these are clearly labelled on the product page with a "Contains Animal Materials" badge. We never use fur, exotic skins, or materials from endangered species.
